Things to expect when making your appointment.
All clients will fill out a health history form upon their first visit, and every year there after. This is to ensure that all clients are capable of receiving massage. As with a visit with a physician, all information collected is kept private, and confidential based on HIPPA guidelines.
Your first visit will be scheduled based on the time frame you wish, with an extra 30 minutes for your interview and time to fill out your intake form. (An example would be if you want an hour session at 2PM, you would be scheduled at 1:30PM, and only billed for actual body work.)
After you fill out your intake form, the therapist will have an interview with you, going over what you would like to have done, and possibly make recommendations based on your needs.
One mission that Renewing Touch Massage strives for, is to provide massage services at a flat rate, so you will never be charged for additional techniques used during your sessions, as all clients pay a flat rate before entering the treatment rooms.
Late Arrival
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please try to contact us as soon as possible via text or by phone.
Due to the scheduling of other clients, if you arrive late, please note you will be charged for the time length you had requested at the time you made your appointment.
Depending on the arrival times of other clients being scheduled, the therapist will try to give you your full session, ONLY if the schedule permits a time frame to allow it.
Renewing Touch Massage reserves the right to refuse clients services for habitual lateness and inability to contact Renewing Touch Massage in the event you cant make your appointments.
Emergency situations are understood and taken into consideration.
Canceling your appointment.
Renewing Touch Massage asks that all clients that need to cancel their appointment, attempt to contact us as soon as possible. Acceptable cancellation times are 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Renewing Touch Massage will call or text you the day before your appointment, based on the number you have provided as a reminder.
If arriving late, please try your best to call as soon as possible if you know you are running late.
After 1 no call no shows, clients will be required to prepay for their next appointment to hold it so that loss of income to the therapist does not continue. This can be done by using paypal.
In the event the client that falls into our no call no show policy misses their prepaid session, no refund will be issued.
